PBDS secured planning consent for the construction of 8 paddle tennis courts in the Green Belt near Addelstone, Surrey.

Our client, a golf club, seeking to develop an ancillary to their existing business. A Change of Use application was submitted to redevelop existing driving range area into a Padel tennis site.
